Helpful but slow
The broker at Chapman Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Chapman Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Exceptional claims handling

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chapman Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
