Okay but not great
Used Chapman Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Great for home insurance

Could be better
The rates Chapman Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
Chapman Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Chapman Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
