Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Chapman Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Chapman Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great

Helpful but slow
The broker at Chapman Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
