Great for bundling
Chapman & Flynn Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Chapman & Flynn Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Chapman & Flynn Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates Chapman & Flynn Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Does the job
Chapman & Flynn Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Niagara Falls. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
