Okay but not great
Used Chapman & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Chapman & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
