Okay but not great
Used Champagne Assurances Inc. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Champagne Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good value
I appreciate that Champagne Assurances Inc. shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Champagne Assurances Inc.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier
