Average experience
My experience with Champagne Assurances Inc. was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Room for improvement
Champagne Assurances Inc. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Champagne Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Champagne Assurances Inc. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
