Lost my documents
Centre Assurances Inc. lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Based on reviews I expected more from Centre Assurances Inc.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
