Slow and unresponsive
Central Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates Central Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great
Used Central Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
