Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Central Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around
Switched to Central Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Central Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
