Wonderful experience

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Central Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Family business feel

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Central Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
