Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Cedar Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good broker
Cedar Insurance Agency took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Okay but not great
Used Cedar Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Cedar Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Amazing customer service

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Cedar Insurance Agency. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Cedar Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
