Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Castle Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Pretty good

Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Castle Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
