Room for improvement
Castle Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Castle Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Castle Insurance Solutions lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
