Family business feel
Castle Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Castle Insurance Services last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Room for improvement
Castle Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Castle Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
