Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Castle Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful staff

Five stars all around
Switched to Castle Insurance Services on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Castle Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
