Lost my documents

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Castle Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Castle Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
