Good value
I appreciate that Carter & Wilson Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Carter & Wilson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Carter & Wilson Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
