Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carter & Jackson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Decent service

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Carter & Jackson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Five stars all around

Mixed feelings
