Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carter Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Multi-policy savings

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carter Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Carter Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
