Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carter & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Highly recommend

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Carter & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
