Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carson Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Carson Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Carson Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
