Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carson Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carson Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Happy with the savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carson Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Carson Insurance Ltd. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
