Five stars all around
Switched to Carson & Campbell Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carson & Campbell Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Family business feel

Okay but not great
Used Carson & Campbell Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carson & Campbell Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
