Helpful staff
The staff at Carson & Associates Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Does the job

Slow and unresponsive
Carson & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carson & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Carson & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
