Would recommend to anyone
The team at Carson & Armstrong Insurance in Brampton went above and beyond to help us. They shopped around and found us home insurance that was significantly cheaper.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carson & Armstrong Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Does the job
Carson & Armstrong Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brampton. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Pretty good
Carson & Armstrong Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Okay but not great
Used Carson & Armstrong Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Carson & Armstrong Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Carson & Armstrong Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Room for improvement
Carson & Armstrong Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
