Solid broker
Carrefour Solutions d'Assurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Family business feel

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carrefour Solutions d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
