Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Carrefour Courtage. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Carrefour Courtage. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Carrefour Courtage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carrefour Courtage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
