Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Carrefour Assurances was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carrefour Assurances was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Carrefour Assurances. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
