Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carr & Spencer Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Great for bundling

Reliable broker
Been with Carr & Spencer Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carr & Spencer Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
