Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Carr & Robinson Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carr & Robinson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Quick and efficient

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carr & Robinson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
