Slow and unresponsive
Carr & Lawson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carr & Lawson Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
