Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carr Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job
Carr Insurance Services helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Vaughan. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carr Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Carr Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
