Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Carr & Gray Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Could be better
The rates Carr & Gray Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carr & Gray Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
