Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carr & Fraser Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Carr & Fraser Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Perfect for small business

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Carr & Fraser Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
