Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Carr & Co. Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Good value
I appreciate that Carr & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carr & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Carr & Co. Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
