Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carr & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Carr & Co. Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Family business feel
