Okay but not great
Used Carr & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good value
I appreciate that Carr & Associates Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
Carr & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
