Average experience
My experience with Carlson & Partners Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Lost my documents
Carlson & Partners Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
Carlson & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carlson & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at Carlson & Partners Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carlson & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
