Could be better
The rates Carlson & Nolan Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful staff

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carlson & Nolan Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carlson & Nolan Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Carlson & Nolan Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
