Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Carlson Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Slow and unresponsive
Carlson Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carlson Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
