Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Carlson & Hill Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Five stars all around

Slow and unresponsive
Carlson & Hill Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
