Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Carlson & Daniels Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Solid broker
Carlson & Daniels Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carlson & Daniels Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Carlson & Daniels Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Carlson & Daniels Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
