Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Caribou Financial & Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Caribou Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Caribou Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
