Family business feel

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Capital Insurance Partners. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Capital Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
