Okay but not great
Used Capital Conseil en Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Capital Conseil en Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Happy with the savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Capital Conseil en Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
