Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Capital Assurances Inc.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Capital Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Capital Assurances Inc. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
