ID was expiring soon when we came to change our address, never let us know so we had to come back and pay additionally. They also didn’t inform us that our license registration was expiring soon either, almost got a ticket as we were just there and were pulled over at a traffic check, if not for their clerical errors/poor customer service these things could have been avoided — essentially out experience has been they’ll find a way to make you come back to pay for something they forgot to mention to you on your first visit
