Happy with the savings

Helpful but slow
The broker at Campbell & McNeil Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Campbell & McNeil Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Campbell & McNeil Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
