Solid broker
Campbell Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience

Lost my documents
Campbell Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Campbell Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
